"Maria was great and very patient with us. She would never pressure us to put an offer on a house no matter how many houses she had shown us before. Because there was no pressure we were able to wait for the right house to come on the market and put an offer in. She was very supportive of whichever decision we wanted to make. She has great people skills! She was also great with our kids when they came along for the showings. Would 100% recommend her!"

"Maria was wonderful she started by advising us on preparing our home with certain repairs and upgrades, and was very patient in explaining the different steps in selling a home ,she also did a fabulous job with the photos and video her staff were very professional Communication with her was smooth, she always answered emails and phone calls and would always check in. Our home was under contract within one week and then sold. I highly recommend her, Thank you Maria"

"Maria was an amazing partner during the home buying process. We were first time homebuyers and unfamiliar with the areas and neighborhoods we were looking in, and Maria's expertise on both of these fronts was invaluable. She walked us through every step of the process and gave us excellent recommendations whenever we weren't sure where to start (including helping us find a great lender, real estate attorney, and home inspector). While showing us homes, Maria was always very transparent and honest with her thoughts on a particular home or property. She was quick to point out what she liked and what she didn't, and would educate us on the different things we should be keeping an eye out for when assessing the condition of a home - including the amount of work that might (or might not) need to be done, if we were to purchase it. We never felt like we were being oversold on a house and instead, as Maria got to better know our preferences, it felt like each tour was an assessment of how close of a fit it was for our needs as opposed to a sales pitch. We linked up with Maria on a whim through Zillow, and we couldn't be happier with our experience working with her!"
